Job Description – Trainee Role
Roles & Responsibilities
- You will join us and be trained on-the-job for a period of 1 year. You will learn how to
- Setup, execute, track and deliver digital campaigns.
- Generate weekly/monthly campaign reports
- Process client invoices
- Interact with the client
- Takes up training on Concepts and other basic information on the client
- Takes up training on Small type of Tasks and Reports
- Regularly attends the Job Training/Team Meetings
- Practices in the Test Campaign regularly
- Maintains the Learning path sheet and reaches the weekly targets in learning
- Regularly attends the Team Standup session
- Updates the sharing process sheet daily
- Learns the process in Salesforce and updates time and other things daily
- Learns the monitoring process [Waiting on Engineering] cases and provides updates to the Clients daily.
Job Requirements
- Any engineering graduate 2019 pass out without backlogs
- Willing to sign a service agreement for 16 months
- Willing to work in night shifts
