- Understand the various systems/ tools leveraged by the HR Ops team.
- Ensure complete understanding of HR processes associated with the work handled by the ES team including data accuracy and integrity.
- Responsible for employee database management.
- Responsible for timely service delivery as per defined SLAs/ KPIs and driving operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
- Accountable for data management and data accuracy.
- Ensure a high level of Customer Service and Operational Excellence.
- Ready to Work on shifts on a rotational basis if required.
