PhonePe Intern Opportunities 2025 – Roles and Responsibilities

• Supports in managing the Ethics and POSH case lifecycle, by ensuring all reported
  cases from across the PhonePe Group are managed in a timely manner, consistent
  with global governance expectations and mandates.
• Supports in developing, monitoring, and reporting on company’s case management
  metrics and ensuring the proactive update of the cases on the Case Management
  Tool.
• Supports in drafting processes and other ancillary tasks in the direction of Ethics and
  POSH investigations, working closely with investigators, to drive the process and
  ensure timely conclusion of cases.
• Contributes to the development and execution of the Ethics and POSH training and
  awareness program including the development of training content; delivery and
  tracking of training sessions.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Practical, Technical and Professional Knowledge/Skills – Level: Working Knowledge.
• Additional Skills & Knowledge – Ability to exercise sound judgment.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic business IT skills, including proficiency with Office Suite/Google Workspace,
  collaboration apps, etc.
• Legal/ Compliance professionals/ Chartered Accountant with 0–1 year experience.
• Understanding of Ethics and POSH investigation procedures.
• Understanding of related HR, Legal and/or compliance areas will be preferred.
