• Review the requirements and develop appropriate test cases, to attain 100% test coverage.
• Perform Sanity, Functional, System, and Integration Testing in the product to report defects.
• Effective coordination with the team and Participation in Scrum meetings.
• Ensure participation in Project Planning for task identification, estimation, dependencies, and risk analysis.
• Document software defects in an issues tracking system and proactively communicate issues with developers and product managers.
• Test artifacts preparation.

PiServe Careers 2024 – Qualifications and Skills

• Good Knowledge of SDLC and STLC.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies.
• Good knowledge of the software testing process.
• Knowledge in preparing and executing test cases with test scenarios and ensuring minimal bug leakage.
• Knowledge of bug reporting life cycle.
• Great attention to detail and solid analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Certification in automation (Selenium/J meter/Postman/Appium) will be preferred.
• Basic understanding of Database queries.
• BCA / B.Sc / B.Tech/MCA / M.Sc in Computer Science.
