Polestar Walkin Drive Overview

Job Role

• Business Intelligence (Fresher) – Design and develop data warehouse and should interact with the client to understand requirements. Design & develop dashboards & reports
• Application Development (Fresher) – Design and develop complex enterprise-wide applications on the respective technologies. Create design documents and should perform coding, debugging and testing

Requirement

• B. Tech / B.E. Fresher from current 2019 passing batch (Should be able to join immediately or from January 2019 – Leaves will be granted for exams) OR B.Tech / B.E. 2018 passed out or 2017 passed out (Should be able to join immediately)
• Should have 70% & above marks in Xth & XIIth standard
• Should have 60% & above marks in B.Tech / B.E.

Note – Candidates who have not cleared the technical interview in the last 3 months are not eligible to re-appear in the interview process. Also, the students who could not clear the Aptitude Test in last 1 month also cannot reappear.

Prerequisites Needed For Polestar Walkin

• Analytical bent of mind
• Conceptual knowledge of data structures, OOPS
• Good communication skills
• Conceptual knowledge of database
• Self-driven and motivated
• Ability to work in a team

Polestar Walkin – Selection Process

Initially, the candidates will have the Online Aptitude Test. Then, the organization officers will promote the candidates for the Technical Interview rounds.

A) Colleges – DTU, NSIT, HBTI, PEC, Thapar, NIT’s, IIT’s, IIIT, BIT, Motilal Nehru, Jadavpur, BITS, IIEST, BR Ambedkar. And the compensation will be as CTC – INR 5,01,000 (Fixed salary – 4,50,000, Variable – 45,000, Insurance – 6,000)

• 3 months of the internship period
• The organization will pay the stipend of INR 12,000
• Service Agreement – 2 years with a payback clause of 2,00,000 rupees
• Minimum commitment of 2 years of service agreement from Date of Joining
• Moreover, candidates have to give the cheque of Rs. 2,00,000 towards service agreement to be given at the time of joining.
• The kept document is not encashed.
• The check they receive is set as the security document, and will not be encashed.
• And also, the organization will give an undertaking towards the same.

(B) Other Colleges – Compensation will be CTC – INR 3,47,000 (Fixed salary – 3,10,000, Variable – 31,000, Insurance – 6,000)

• 6 months of the internship period
• The organization will pay the stipend of INR 12,000
• Service Agreement – 2 years with a payback clause of 2,00,000 rupees
• Furthermore, the minimum commitment of 2 years of service agreement from Date of Joining
• Candidates have to give the cheque of Rs. 2,00,000 towards service agreement at the time of joining.
• They will keep the check as the Security Document that is not encashed.
• Team members will provide an undertaking towards the same.
