PwC Jobs 2025 – Responsibilities
- Onboard HCPs by creating the profiles in the system and ensuring data accuracy
- Conduct screenings of HCPs to ensure compliance and eligibility.
- Facilitate and manage the contracting process for the client with accuracy and efficiency
- Involve in providing end to end HCP / HCO engagement services using Internal systems
- Develop metrics and dashboards using in-house tools or external standard tools to track performance and trends.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of issues and requests
- Triage, categorize, and prioritize incoming client tickets and address promptly, adhering to defined SLAs.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and fulfill client requests.
- Coordinate with global teams to manage escalations effectively and efficiently.
- Participate in scrum calls to provide updates and discuss project progress/issues
PwC Careers 2025 – Qualifications and Skills
- Business requirements analysis, Data Analysis through Excel or any other tool.
- Prior experience on digital tools like Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx etc.
- Ability to find solutions in ambiguous and challenging situations.
- Should have worked in global engagement model (Worked with US or European teams) in the past.
- Candidate should have excellent written and verbal communication.
- Good academic background (70% passing in Undergraduate, post graduate).
