- Junior Engineer (Civil): Minimum three years Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized Institute or University or Board with a minimum of 65% of marks (55% for SC/ST/PwBD) or Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University with 55% marks (45% for SC/ST/PwBD).
- Junior Engineer (Electrical): Minimum three years Diploma in Electrical or Electrical and Electronic Engineering from a recognized Institute or University or Board with minimum 65% of marks (55% for SC/ST/PwBD) or Degree in Electrical or Electrical and Electronic Engineering from a recognized University with 55% marks (45% for SC/ST/PwBD)
RBI Junior Engineer Job Openings 2025 – Age Limit
As per the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), the candidate’s minimum age is 20 years and the maximum age should not exceed 30 years.
Age Relaxation:
- For SC/ ST Applicants: 5 years
- For OBC Applicants: 3 years
- For PwBD (Gen/ EWS) Applicants: 10 years
- For PwBD (SC/ ST) Applicants: 15 years
- For PwBD (OBC) Applicants: 13 years
- For Ex-Servicemen Applicants: As per Govt. Policy
