Replicon Recruitment For Process Trainer – Job Responsibilities
- Prepare training materials and conduct workshops using a variety of instructional techniques such as role-playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos, lectures, etc. to ensure the right message is taken to the market, targeted at the right audience, and delivered effectively to elicit interest in Replicon’s offerings
- Analyze phone, email, and chat conversations between reps and prospects and provide measured feedback to ensure processes and cadence are followed
- Maintain and update all process documents internal to SD
