What is Normalization 1n RRB NTPC Exam?

Normalization means measuring different values and times on the same scale. Usually, the normalization process which is followed by RRB is a scientific and statistical process. This is not a process of granting grace marks. Normalization of marks is that when the exam is done in different sessions with the same syllabus and in various difficulty levels. As the outcome/ result, the score secured by the candidates will differ. In order to equivalence the variance of the different levels of the question papers, the scores will be normalized. Hence, the shortlisting of the candidates will be done based on the normalization of the marks.
