Phase – 1

Phase – 2: For candidates other than disabled persons:

Note: Disabled persons will be given the average marks obtained by them in Phase I.

• Eligibility for the Clerk Grade-II/Junior Assistant post is extended to individuals classified as “Person with Disability” under the Rajasthan Rights of Persons with Disabilities Rules, 2018. A certificate from an officer not below the Chief Medical and Health Officer rank is required to verify disability status.
• The examination aligns with the Secondary Examination standards of the Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education, with the syllabus and details communicated by the Board. The competitive exam comprises two phases – Phase I and Phase II – with all question papers being objective.
• Candidates must secure a minimum of 40% marks in each question paper of Phase I to qualify for Phase II. The Board recommends candidates failing to meet this criterion. Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe candidates receive a 5% relaxation in minimum marks.
• The final merit rank considers marks from both phases. Candidates should be ready for a computer-based typing test during the examination, requiring them to bring their computer, pen, and pencil. • Vaadak Method for Whole Numbers:
