Job Description
QC
- A person should handle HPLC for HPLC section
- Furthermore, a person should handle GC for GC section
- A person should handle the wet analysis like LOD, ROI, Solubility, IR, UV, Polarimeter, Malvern.
- Responsible for testing of Raw materials/Intermediate/ Finish products/Stability sample /
- Working Standard as per MOA.
- Calibration of QC instruments.
ARD
- To ensure GLP in laboratory activities.
- To get the staff aware of new emerging analytical technologies and their implementation.
- Responsible for preparation of Process Development Reports for new products.
- Analytical method transfer to QC.
- Revising specifications and method of analysis for existing products (if required).
- Participating in additional studies and analytical investigation in case of OOS.
- Ensuring proper analytical support to R & D (Synthesis).
- Sending samples from R & D for market development.
- The literature search for new analytical developments.
