• Learn all the key steps of test development for the production release of new products, including generating test plans, designing test hardware and software, etc.
• Work with people from different function groups to solely manage assigned projects, supported by mentorship.
• Support engineering evaluation/ investigation projects.
• Coordinate engineering teams to solve testing-related issues.
• Perform data collection and analysis to support engineering evaluation/ investigation projects including documenting and publishing summary reports in PowerPoint.

• BSEE or MSEE degree.
• Proficient in analyzing electrical circuits.
• Basic understanding of semiconductor devices working theory.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
