The successful candidate will work closely with the Accounting Management team from US office, Amsterdam office, Internal and External Auditors and Executive Management.

• Assist in investigation and resolving complex accounting issues timely and effectively
• Prepare journal entries for monthly close process
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and submit for review of the same.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (tax, treasury, corporate accounting) to identify opportunities to improve and standardize processes and contribute towards close optimization
• Perform analytical reviews of PL and BS accounts having variances
• Participate in month-end close by performing a variety of accounting close tasks
• Ensure compliance with Company accounting policies and the application of generally acceptable accounting principles
• Solve practical problems and deal with a variety of situations where limited procedures currently exist
• Take on additional responsibilities as assigned
• Assist in financial analysis for day-to-day operations
• Assist with continuous process improvements and development of automated systems
