• Work as part of a team of design and manufacturing engineering staff to bring designs through prototyping and into serial production.
• Support in creation of 3D models, 2D drawings, and Bill of material.
• Ensure implementation of best practices in the creation of 3D & 2D.
• Support in Design activities including Request for Quotations, Design freeze/ release &
• Design Failure Mode Effect Analysis.
• Support in design changes on existing products & track design changes.
• Develop innovative solutions to customer requirements for composite component designs.
• Attend design reviews to understand design ideas and to discuss.
• Modify designs based on the analysis until the design meets specification requirements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement activities.
• Adhere to quality standards as per IATF requirements.
