Must have technical skills

• Junit, Spring test, any of mocking frameworks such as Mockito.

• Sound knowledge of SQL (Preferably Oracle flavor) and be able to write complex queries using features such as joins and subqueries.
• Thorough knowledge of test-driven development, refactoring, design patterns, SOA.
• Experience in working with existing large codebases and refactoring them to improve testability, maintainability, and supportability.
• Thorough knowledge of RESTful API development with demonstrated history developing highly available, fault-tolerant Web APIs
• Knowledge of Agile principles, Kanban methodology.

Soft skills
