- Source content and contact information that is publicly available or provided by brand/ brand managers to create product support information for end users.
- Communicate with brands and brand managers via emails and internal ticketing tools to source contact information and content to surface to end users.
- Moderate sourced/submitted information for validity and availability on internal tools and databases.
- Ensure that the information found is useful, accurate, and in line with client guidelines.
- Use internal tools to publish sourced content for end users.
- Capture and index sourced and published content in Excel.
- Streamline processes and build flowcharts where applicable.
- Ensure timely response to all communication, updates to the knowledge base, and reports.
