Job Description
Current customers are NSDC (Govt. of India) and Corporate Clients, the resource should be supporting both and managing the support requests using intercom and SDMS as well.
Primary Role & Responsibilities
- Provide professional product support to current and potential customers of Formac’s product suite via telephone, remote dial-up connections, and email. (Predominant customers are Sector Skill Councils SSCs, Assessment Product yardstick and Edu-Tech Product EduPracto)
- Give Webex and online presentations, help in onboarding Product customers.
- Applying technology in multiple ways to configure the product and helping the customer implement Formac’s products
- Solid understanding of products limits and suggesting ways of improving the product.
- Interacting with clients to understand the issue and debug it in the production environment, if required
- Working on client cases and custom development
- Upgrading the clients to the latest version of an application
- Communicating with clients on day to day basis
- Handling performance or application issues
- Collate assessment results and perform MIS activities
