TCS is inviting bright Management Postgraduates from specified specializations to apply for the test towards a successful management career. Candidates from the batch of 2024, 2023 with any of the specializations mentioned below can apply:

2 years full-time MBA/ MMS/ PGDBA/ PGDM course with specializations in Marketing/Finance/ Operations/Supply Chain Management/ Information Technology/General Management/Business Analytics/Project Management/ Human Resources and related disciplines offered by a recognized University/College.

TCS MBA Hiring tests were commenced from 5th April 2025 onwards. The test will be conducted in continuous batches depending on the date of your registration.

Important Note

• We will communicate on your registered email ID on the test schedule and venue.
• You must have all your original academic documents till date, to be submitted at the time of the Interview (if shortlisted for test).

• Kindly note that we have stringent eligibility criteria and a robust selection process. Your eligibility as per the defined criteria will be checked at various stages of the selection process. If at any point in time you are found ineligible, or data shared by you is found to be discrepant/misrepresented, your candidature may be disqualified.

TCS MBA Hiring Eligibility Criteria

• Academic Percentage: Candidates should have a minimum aggregate (all subjects in all semesters) of 60% or equivalent CGPA in class 10th, 12th, Diploma (if applicable), Graduation and Post-graduation.
• Highest Qualification: Candidates from the batch of 2023 and 2024 with below mentioned courses:
  • MBA in Human Resource/Masters in Human Resource Management/Masters of Arts in Human Resource
  • Masters of Social Work in HRM/Masters of Management Studies in Human Resource Management
  • Masters of Labour Studies (with specialization in Human Resource Management/Labour Welfare/Industrial Relations/Labour Law)
  • Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management/Post Graduate Program in Human Resource Management or equivalent courses.
• Backlogs/Arrears/ATKT: No backlogs/arrears/ATKT/Extended Education. Kindly note, appearing in backlog examinations after the stipulated course duration is considered as extended education.
• Gap/Break in Education: It is mandatory to declare academic gaps if any, during the period of education. Break in education should not be due to extended education. Any break in education should not exceed 24 months. Relevant document proof, as applicable to be produced for validation of reasons behind academic gap.
• Course Types: Only full-time courses will be considered (part-time/correspondence courses will not be considered).
• Open Schooling: Candidates who have completed their Secondary and/or Senior Secondary course from NIOS (National Institute of Open Schooling) are also eligible to apply if the Graduation and Post-graduation (if applicable) courses are done full-time.
• Work Experience: Candidates with work experience of up to 2 years are eligible to apply. It is mandatory for candidates to declare the same in the TCS Application Form. Candidates would be required to submit the necessary documents supporting the declared work experience at the time of TCS selection process and/or post joining TCS, as per requirement.

This hiring is primarily for Talent Acquisition roles (HR). Candidates with current/prior experience in recruitment-based roles would be preferred.

• Age: Minimum age – 18 years and maximum age – 28 years.

TCS MBA Hiring Test Pattern

TCS MBA Hiring Test Pattern includes 47 questions that have to be answered in 90 minutes. It comprises the following sections:

• Verbal Aptitude (7 Questions)
• Business Aptitude (20 Questions)
• Quantitative Aptitude (20 Questions)

• Mode of test: TCS MBA HR Off Campus test would be scheduled in person in TCS offices. The test schedule would be communicated to the candidates on their registered email ID.
• Test Pattern: 90 minutes HR Subject test.

• Register and apply for the TCS MBA Hiring
• If you are a registered user, kindly log in and proceed to complete the application form. Upon submission, kindly click on ‘Apply For Drive’
• If you are a new user, kindly click on Register Now, choose the category ‘IT’ and proceed to fill in your details. Submit your application form and click on ‘Apply For Drive’
• Select your mode of a test as Remote and click on ‘Apply’
