Job Description
The successful candidate will work with large investment banks, financial institutions, corporations in diverse industries (healthcare, pharma, real estate, etc.) supporting them with their varied contracts and other regulatory driven projects (like MIFID II, etc.). The role involves reviewing, summarising and basic redlining of financial and legal documentation.

Primary Responsibilities
- Reviewing, analyzing and summarizing clauses from a wide variety of documents like ISDA, CSA, GMRA, Pricing schedules, Patent License Agreements, IT Procurement Agreements, Confidentiality Agreements, Software and Data License Agreements, Vendor Services Agreements, Master Services Agreements, Statements of Work, amendments, etc.
- Perform client outreach via emails. Track and monitor the progress of the outreach for each client.
- Participate in query resolution and repapering exercise received as a part of this process.
- Excellent client service and internal coordination skills as part of a project team with a particular mandate.
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong analytical and drafting skills.
- Proficiency in MS-Office (MS Word & MS-Excel)
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of the project.
- Understanding of financial documents, Investment vehicles, equity product, and derivatives is preferable. Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the context of the financial market is good to have.
- Good analytical and logical skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills enabling efficient comprehension of clients’ documents.
- Ability to collaborate closely with stakeholders from different disciplines, bank colleagues, and within a team.
