- Understands fully what quality partnering is all about and what is the content of quality management and its value for the business. Facilitates management and quality partners in quality management activities being within his/ her area of core responsibilities
- Has good knowledge and understanding of TietoEVRY’s standards and requirements for managing, developing, maintaining, and deploying process assets as well as measuring the implementation level in a unit. Is able to implement the processes efficiently in own work but also in a unit
- Has good knowledge and understanding of quality management principles. Understands the concept of Total Quality Management (TQM) and how to apply it. Applies quality management principles in own work but also in a unit
- Has good knowledge and understanding of the content of quality assurance and its value for the business. Implements quality assurance practices in own work/ area of specialization but also in a unit. Has the ability to facilitate and coach line management in quality assurance activities
- Has good knowledge and understanding of the audit and assessment processes and how to apply them as an auditor/ assessor. If a role of auditor/ assessor is agreed to be part of the person’s role:
- Acts as an audit/ assessment team member or even as a lead auditor/ assessor.
- Plans and manages the execution and close a single audit/ ISO – ISAE assessment
- Is able to identify gaps and improvement opportunities, share best practices as well as give constructive feedback to the representatives of an auditee/ assessee
- Has good knowledge and understanding of the principles of continuous improvement and the PDCA cycle. Is able to explain their value for the business. Applies them in own work/ area of specialization. Facilitates and coaches others in applying those
