• Greet the customer, gather information on the presenting complaint and the history of the presenting complaint, and another medical history
• Perform the eye examinations as per the defined 20 step framework to effectively diagnose the condition
• Undertake detailed counselling of the customers on the diagnosed refractory condition and recommend the best refractory solution
