The Teacher Eligibility Test exam will be in two papers. Paper-1 is for 150 Marks of subjects Child Development and Pedagogy (relevant to the age group of 6 – 11 years), Language-I Tamil/ Telugu/ Malayalam/ Kannada/Urdu, Language II – English, Mathematics, Environmental Studies. Paper-2 is also for 150 Marks f subjects Child Development and Pedagogy (relevant to the age group of 11 – 14 years), Language-I Tamil/ Telugu/ Malayalam/ Kannada/Urdu, Language II – English, For Mathematics and Science Teacher: Mathematics and Science, or For Social Science Teacher: Social Science.
