TS ePASS Scholarship Scheme 2025 | Telangana ePass Registrations, Eligibility: The Telangana Government has introduced the TS ePASS Post Matric Scholarship 2025 to support students from underprivileged backgrounds. The TS ePASS Scholarship 2025 aims to benefit SC, ST, BC, EBC, Minority Welfare Students, and Disabled Welfare Students, along with those whose attendance is 75% or above. The registration process is fully online through the official website, telanganaepass.cgg.gov.in, and the last date to apply is 31st March 2025.

To qualify for the TS ePASS Scholarship 2025, students need to meet specific income criteria based on their category and residential area. The scholarship is not available for part-time, correspondence, or distance courses, and students in management quota or sponsored seats are also ineligible. The registration process involves filling out an online form, uploading necessary documents, and completing document verification.

The reimbursement of tuition will be dependent on the course you pursue. Most of the courses are eligible for 100% of the tuition fee as fixed by the government. Self-financed courses are eligible only for a maximum of Rs. 20,000 or the actual fee charged by the college, whichever is less.

TS ePASS Eligibility Criteria 2025

Students Eligible

• SC Welfare Students whose annual Family income is Rs. 2,50,000/- or below.
• ST Welfare Students whose annual Family income is Rs. 2,00,000/- or below.
• BC & EBC and Minority Welfare Students who belong to rural areas their family income should be Rs. 1,50,000/- or below.
• BC & EBC and Minority Welfare Students who belong to Urban area family income should be Rs. 2,00,000/- or below.
• Disabled Welfare Students whose parental income is Rs. 1,00,000/- or below.
• EBC students who are selected Under the Corporate College Admissions Scheme are Eligible for Intermediate courses.
• Students whose attendance is 75% at the end of each quarter are promoted to the next academic year for Renewal Students.

Students not Eligible

• Students belonging to categories other than SC, ST, BC, EBC, Minority, and DW (Disabled).
• SC Students whose annual family income is more than Rs. 2,50,000/-.
• ST Students whose annual family income is more than Rs. 2,00,000/-.
• BC & EBC and Minority Rural area Students Whose annual family income is more than Rs. 1,50,000/-.
• BC & EBC and Minority Urban area Students Whose annual family income is more than Rs. 2,00,000/-.
• Disabled Welfare Students whose family income is more than Rs. 1,00,000/-.
• All Students who are pursuing part-time courses, online courses, or correspondence courses.
• Students admitted under Sponsored seats, Management Quota seats & Spot Admissions.
• Students who applied for a Stipend/ Scholarship in any Scheme.
• Students of BC, EBC, and DW students studying the Courses offered by open universities, distant mode, category B seats in MBBS, BDS.
• EBC students studying Intermediate courses.
• Students Pursue the same level of courses.

Courses Eligible

Post Matric Courses approved by the concerned University/Board having duration of 1 year and above

Group-I

• Professional Courses (Degree and PG Courses in Medicine, Engineering, Technology, Management, Agriculture, Veterinary and Allied Sciences, Business Finance, Business administration and Computer Applications/ Science)

Group-II

• Other professional and technical graduate and PG including (M.Phil, Ph.D., and post-doctoral research) level courses not covered in Group-I. all post-graduate, graduate-level diploma courses.

Group-III

• Degree courses (not covered in groups I & II)

Group-IV

• Intermediate
• ITI/ ITCs
• Vocational courses (Intermediate level)

Courses Not Eligible

Scholarships are not awarded for training courses like

• Aircraft Maintenance Engineer’s Courses
• Private Pilot License Courses
• Courses at Pre-examination Training Centers of all India and State levels
• Correspondence courses & One Year Certificate Courses.

TS ePASS Post-Matric Scholarship 2025 – TimeLine

Role of Students:

• Submission of Application with relevant Documents at college within 15 days of Admission
• Aadhar Biometric Authentication at Meeseva

Role of College/ Principal:

• Verify the students’ application and forward it to biometric authentication
• Attendance
• Local or Non-Local
• Bonafide
• Discontinued/ Regular
• Submission of Signed Barcode hardcopy at the district office with Relevant Documents
• Submission of Utilization certificates of sanctioned students to the district Welfare officer within 15 days of RTF credited,

District Officer:

• Sanctioned and released MTF and RTF

Reasons for Telangana ePass Rejection 2025

• If not the bonafide student
• Incorrect caste and income Details
• Nonsubmission of caste and income certificates
• Incorrect course & year of study
• Nonsubmission of hard copy of the application
• A student admitted under management quota & Spot quota
• Nonsubmission of required certificates
• Discontinued/ Detained students in case of renewals
• Claiming scholarship for same-level courses

Please visit the Epass website and click on the scholarship status button given in the middle of the web page. Furnish your application ID and other details are required. Upon furnishing the details you will get a detailed statement showing the different transactions on your application.

How To Register For TS ePASS Scholarships 2025?

• Visit the official TS ePASS website at telanganaepass.cgg.gov.in.
• Click on the “Scholarship Registration” link for the 2025 session.
• Fill in the required details like personal, academic, and bank information.
• Upload necessary documents, including income and caste certificates.
• Review your application and click on “Submit” to complete the registration.
• Save or print the acknowledgment slip for future reference.
