UPES Admission 2020 | Eligibility Criteria
UG Courses
- B.Tech: Minimum 50% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics in 12th Standard.
- BA, BBA, BA (Hons): Candidates should have scored 50% aggregate in 10th & 12th with a compulsory subject as Maths.
- B.Sc (Hons): X & XII with PCB with at least 50% aggregate
- B.Sc, B.Com (Hons): Candidates should have a minimum of 50% aggregate in 10th & 12th. Or a minimum 50% aggregate in X & XII with P/ C/ M/ B + English as the main subject.
- BCA: Aspirants must have a minimum 50% aggregate in 10th & 12th with Mathematics/ CS/ IT as one of the main subjects.
PG Courses
- M.Tech: A candidates should have a graduation in B.E/ B.Tech in relevant stream with atleast 60% aggregate. Or A Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant field with at least 50% aggregate.
- M.Des: A minimum 50% of aggregate in X & XII + B.E/ B.Tech in relevant stream or a 3-year degree with at least 50% marks.
- MA, MBA: Should have a Bachelor’s Degree from an organization or recognized university with at least 50% aggregate.
- M.Sc: Applying candidates should have scored 50% aggregate in 10th & 12th + 50% aggregate in Bachelor’s Degree, BSc/ BSc (Hons) in Agriculture, B.Sc or B.Pharmacy from a recognized university.
- LLM: A 50% aggregate in X & XII + 50% aggregate in LLB Degree.
Ph.D. Programs
A candidate should have a Master’s Degree in the relevant field with at least 55% aggregate. If you belong to SC/ ST Category, then you should have a minimum of 50% aggregate.
