Verizon Jobs 2024 – Responsibilities
- You will contribute to creating, operating, and supporting Cloud and DevOps Platform-based Products/ Services for mission and business-critical applications within Verizon.
- Utilizing knowledge to provision, deploy, and configure AWS applications as per solution architecture using CI/ CD automation.
- Managing, troubleshooting, and supporting enterprise-based apps in Onprem and Cloud (AWS/ EKS/ OCI) Env in a 24*7 support model.
- Defining and building CI/ CD pipeline, and automation using DevOps and SRE framework.
- Troubleshooting production issues and providing automated fixes, where possible.
Verizon Careers 2024 – Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience working in a 24×7 production support model (in shifts) with excellent troubleshooting skills managing infrastructure on Onprem, Cloud (AWS/EKS/OCI) on Unix/Linux having weblogic, Kubernetes, Springboot-microservices, etc.
- Troubleshooting, Load balancing, Clustering, Deploying Applications, Performance Tuning, and Maintenance; moving manual ops workloads to Automation using standard DevOps/SRE Toolsets.
