- Rs. 40,000/- will be paid during training period as MT - After absorption as Managers IDA Pay scale is Rs.40000 – 140000/- - In case of Manager (Hindi) and they will be directly appointed as Manager in IDA Pay scale of Rs. 40000 – 140000/-.
