Rahul is a resident of Patna, and he is the second person from Bihar to secure a place in the Top 10 Ranks. Garima Lohia, also a resident of Bihar, holds the 2nd Rank.

Currently residing in Hyderabad with his parents, Rahul shared his educational journey. He completed his 10th examination in 2009 from St. Karen's School in Patna, followed by his 12th examination in 2011 from DAV Board Colony. Subsequently, he pursued instrumentation at NIT Trichy.
