West Bengal ITI Counselling 2020 & Choice Filling
The choice filling for the counseling process will be held on an online basis and accordingly, the dates will be notified on the website. Applicants are to register in the web portal for online choice filling using the mobile number as User ID and Date of Birth as given in the application form as password (DDMMYYYY). After registration in the portal, candidates should change the password for security reasons.
One Applicant can provide his/ her choice of trades and Institutes based on the availability of seats in that particular institute. Facility for Auto up-gradation of seat allocation will be available only in the 1st phase of counseling. Auto up-gradation norms and processes will be available on the website.
West Bengal ITI Seat Allotment 2020
After successful completion of the choice filling, based on the rank position and the choice of trades given by the applicant online counseling process will be conducted and seat will be allocated to the Applicant in those Institutes for which he/ she has given the choice. The applicant can see his/ her allocated seats and take a print out of seat confirmation slip from the website.

M Group
- Self-attested photocopy of Admit card of Madhyamik or equivalent examination as proof of age.
- Self-attested photocopy of mark-sheet of Madhyamik or equivalent examination.
- Self-attested photocopy of Certificate of Madhyamik or equivalent examination.
CBSE internal 10th pass candidates will have to produce a self-attested mark sheet issued by a competent Authority. - Self-attested photocopy of certificates SC, ST, OBC, and PWD certificate (if any). A candidate must have a certificate in his/her own name only for availing admission under any reserved seat (SC/ ST/ OBC/ PWD).
- Two colored passport size recent photograph (To be retained by the ITI).
- Self-attested photocopy of Aadhaar Card. (if any)
- Self-attested copy of Vocational pass certificate (if any)/PBSSD
E- Group
- Self-attested photocopy of final mark-sheet of Class VIII.
- Self-attested copy of Class VIII Passed Certificate.
- Self-attested photocopy of Aadhaar Card (if any)
