YSR Kanti Velugu Scheme | Phase 3 Eligibility, Beneficiary List: YSR Kanti Velugu Scheme was launched by the state government of Andhra Pradesh as a revolution to provide good health, especially the eye vision for the poor people on the occasion of “World Sight Day” on 10th October 2019. Phase-1 of this scheme was started in October 2019 with a budget of Rs.560.89 Crores nearly which includes 60% share by the Government of AP and 40% of the share by the Central Government of India. This scheme is to provide a vision for the old and poor of the AP state and who cannot spend money for eye operations and enlighten their lives in a great way.
