• You will support certification operations by responding to candidate inquiries via various channels including email, Slack, and Zscaler Community.
• You will develop and implement processes to improve both internal efficiencies and external user experience.
• You will provide support in program content development and editorial reviews, including but not limited to candidate guides, program and/or marketing collateral, and events planning.
• You will interact with certification vendors to resolve candidate issues, as needed.
• You will support the Zscaler Certification Program through ad-hoc tasks, as appropriate.
• You will serve as one of our team’s global ambassadors for Zscaler Certification.
